Return Policy

Drlenti.com guarantees customers satisfaction and therefore DrLenti always allows you to return all unopened products purchased through our store. 

You can change your Contact lenses if:

  • Your prescription has changed and your optician has recommended that you change your lenses.
  • That you no longer wear lenses for whatever reason.  
Pelase none that we cannot accept returns of Products that have been customised specifically for you e.g. Astigmatism or Multi/Bi Focal lenses or Custom made glasses, unless they have are faulty, we have made an error or prior consent has been given. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights

All you need to do is to arrange for the unopened undamaged boxes of contact lenses to be returned to our distribution centre along with your RETURN APPROVAL. You will need to contact our help centre via the email-listed bellow and obtain a RETURN APPROVAL via your inbox. You must print off and include your RETURN APROVAL along with your goods. Please do not ship any product before our Customer Service sends  you the RETURN APPROVAL .

You can return your contact lenses within a 10 days period from date of purchase once approval for the return has been given. 

All returning goods must match the serial codes of products originally sent otherwise no refund will be given. Most refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

You can change your Sunglasses or Glasses if:

  • The Sunglasses or Glasses do not fit correctly.
  • Occasionally sunglasses defect or broken. It's never happen to our company but when it happens to sunglasses bought at Drlenti, we replace them with the same pair (or equivalent, if unavailable) at 50% off the original price.

You can change your product if a problem occurs with delivery

Despite are best efforts and intentions we are humans and we may accessional occasionally make a mistake with your order. In the highly unlikely event that we made a mistake in the dispatch of your order you can expect that we will send out the correct order immediately. All that we ask is that you send back the unopened boxes to us in the return envelope that will accompany your correct order. Please note that if you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method.

Refund time

We will refund within 48 hours; however, you may receive the refund via your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
